Anupama Verma is a noted Bollywood actress and a famous model. Her first modeling assignment was for Digjam Suiting, which she did along with Shekhar Kapur, the famous film director. Like any successful model Anupama Verma too ventured into films and acted in several movies like "Ittefaq" and "Grahan" {both released in 2001}, "Pitaah", "Kya Yehi Pyaar Hai" and "Vadh" {all released in 2002}, "Footpath" {2003}, Asambhav" {2004}, "Mohabbat Ho Gayi Hai Tumse" and "Padmashree Laloo Prasad Yadav" {both released in 2005} and "With Luv... tumhaara" {2006}.

In 2006, Anupama Verma appeared on the Indian reality show, 'Big Boss', where she was emotionally involved with model Aryan Vaid, who professed his mad love for Anupama Verma. When Aryan Vaid was evicted from the show, he emotionally broke down, for the parting was too much for him. Later, Anupama Verma too was evicted from the show and got replaced with Rakhi Sawant. Soon Anupama Verma learnt the hard way that their emotional relationship was just emotional and filmy type, because Aryan Vaid supposedly could not relate to her in any way in real life. Anupama Verma, who hails from Delhi, did her MBA in Finance and Marketing from Faculty of Management Studies, Delhi University.
